Sign Shops

The Roland TrueVIS VG-540 and TrueVIS VG-640 are suited to larger Sign Shops who already have a Soljet Pro2 or Soljet Pro3 or VersaCAMM and are now looking to either increase capacity, improve the print quality they offer, or to offer additional options to their clients by using the White ink option or a combination of all 3.

The 7 colour configuration which includes Light Black offers incredible print quality especially for graphics with a monchrome element. Add the White ink option (available second half 2016) if you want to be able to make printing on clear an easier option by using the White ink rather than trying to back up prints with white vinyl.

Label/Decal Printers

Any company producing small graphics for close up viewing such as labels or small, kiss cut decals will find genuine benefits moving to the Roland TrueVIS VG-540 or TrueVIS VG-640. The Roland VersaCAMM VS640i,VS540i and VS-300i are the latest addition to the Roland VersaCAMM range of integrated printer/cutters joining the popular SPi series and replacing the outgoing VS series. The VSi series are an upgrade to the previous VS series. The VSi series has expanded the functionality and capabilities even further, incorporating the latest print head technology, faster drying GREENGUARD Gold certified Eco-Sol MAX® 3 inks in CMYKLcLm, White, Metallic and new Light Black, and PANTONE® color matching. Who Should Buy

Sign Shops

The VSi series is well suited to Sign Shops who already have an SP-540i or equivilent print system and are now looking to either increase capacity, improve the print quality they offer, or to offer additional options to their clients by using the White ink option or a combination of all 3.

If your clients are happy with the print quality you can currently offer but you need more capacity, you should go for the 2 x CMYK ink option which will still improve your print quality but also offer much higher print speeds. As a rough guide, the VS-540i offers 2x the print speed of the SP-540i in standard print modes and almost 4x the speed in the fastest, banner modes yet still produces higher print quality.

Go for the 6 colour plus Light Black and White combination if want to move to higher quality, higher value printing or if you want to be able to make printing on clear an easier option by using the White ink rather than trying to back up prints with white vinyl.

Soljet Pro4 printer/cutters work in conjunction with Roland's ECO-SOL MAX3 eco-solvent ink to create signs with exceptional images and text that are durable up to three years outdoors without lamination. Offering high colour density and a wide gamut, Eco-Sol MAX 2 performs beautifully on a wide range of coated and uncoated media. Prints dry quickly for easy handling and production throughout the sign production and finishing process.

Vehicle Wraps

Roland’s Soljet printer/cutters are synonymous with professional quality, eye-catching vehicle wraps and graphics. Each model boasts an integrated two-stage heater system that dries prints quickly. even in high-speed modes, for immediate finishing, installation or collection by the take up roll.

Sign Shops

The Soljet Pro4 XR-640 is suited to larger Sign Shops who already have a Soljet Pro2 or Soljet Pro3 or VersaCAMM and are now looking to either increase capacity, improve the print quality they offer, or to offer additional options to their clients by using the White ink option or a combination of all 3.

The 6 colour plus Light Black offers incredible print quality especially for graphics with a monchrome element. Add the White ink option if you want to be able to make printing on clear an easier option by using the White ink rather than trying to back up prints with white vinyl.
